Please note that if you wish to return any goods back to us due to none satisfaction of products, then the shipping charges are none refundable. We will only provide a refund for shipping charges under the terms of our warranty and returns policies. Please refer to our warranty information page for further details.

Order processing and shipping times are as follows:
Bags will be shipped within 72 business hours (if in stock) from the time of your order.

If an item is not in stock with our suppliers at the time of your order, then you must allow 7 to 10 business days for processing and delivery.

Orders received over the week end period will be processed on the following Monday.

If for any reason we are out of stock on any items at the time of order then we will e-mail and advise you ASAP. You will be notified via e-mail when your purchased items have been shipped and we shall provide you with tracking numbers to track your orders with EMS. Please allow for up to 5 business days for delivery from the time of shipment.
